Curtin Alumni Scholarship NOW OPEN
Do you have an immediate family member who has applied to study at Curtin?
If so, Alumni Scholarships are available to assist students, newly enrolled in 2009, who are the immediate family of a Curtin or WAIT graduate. Immediate family can include the spouse, parents, children and siblings of Curtin (or WAIT) alumni.
Students must be enrolling for their first year of their first undergraduate degree and have selected Curtin as their first preference. The scholarships are based on academic merit, designed to reward/assist students who have demonstrated academic excellence through their TER. The Scholarship consists of a $2000 cash payment to assist with costs associated with studying (textbooks, incidental expenses etc), for the normal expected duration of the degree.
In addition to financial support, scholarship recipients will be provided with ongoing support from an alumni mentor (depending on availability) from a field directly related to their studies, receive opportunities to attend events and be involved in the alumni chapter and branch networks.
Please click on Alumni Scholarship 2009 Intake to view full details and to download the Application Form.
Closing date for applicants: Monday 3 November, 2008.
